I think that the manager is amazing...and I know she makes sure she always does her job....The manager has alot of work and she still manages to listen to the tenants..she is very understanding and reliable....there are over 300 tenants here but she seeks to maintain the best she can....she listens and helps when she can....this manager is very professional and will do what she can to make living a little easier for you...she deserves ato be rcognized for her tremendous amount of patince and understanding with the people. There are those who want to complain about how dirty it gets outside.....well its not her fault if everyone would clean their own trash up then it would not be so dirty....work together to make it better and it can be. The apartments are spacious and the white floors are perfect.

The manager was so nice and very talkive when i went in to put in my application today not very sure what grounds or apartments look like but she was nice .....cant find many people like managers being nice now hopefully im praying to get the apartment your home no matter where it is your home is what you make it a home with love and care with your family or you can be in everyones business and have nothing to do than to be in other peoples lives ive learned to mind my own business and make your home into whatever you want...your home is what you make it into

I moved into this apartment building last minute because I had to break a lease because I was going through some medical issues to where I couldnt afford the rent to the old apartment. I will say Lashon worked knowing my situation. I was in my apartment within a few days. This place is aware that hard times do occur. Even though the apartment wasnt my idea of clean it was livable. Maintenance request were completed promptly, and I built an amazing bond with the manager on site. It has a family atmosphere that I loved. The 6months that I lived there I saw one roach and the next day my apartment was sprayed and didnt see a roach since. They are working on upgrades.

Andre Morrow- i just moved in to whaat i was told is a renovated unit with everything new, normally thats a lie but this time it was actually true. So far i have no complaints with my home, the only thing it needed that i wasnt told of before coming to move in was the shower head would leak a little but when i was walking with the manager for the 1st inspection and they fixed it right away

Ive had friends whove lived here for a few years so I decided to try them out and make this place my new home and i do not regret it. Maintenace guy is good and quick at his work, the lady in the office is really nice i always wana call her angelina but i know thats not her name. my friend told me before i applied that they keep switching managers like crazy and i didnt believe it at first. They lady i met when i first came in to look was alright. she didnt really say much then when i actually came to move in angelina was here and answered all the questions that the other manager lady didnt know. I was a lil nervous about moving in when i seen the reviews but figured itd just be people who got kiked out or something. either way i like it. kuddos to the peeople in the office! goood job
